i love the story so far and i have only two questions. 1) is that darkness thinggy is some sort of venom and 2) how come that, by the draw, that the characters have passed from classic to modern and vice versa ?

Not exactly but it certainly has a similar trait in it's black ink line tendency. I would probably push it closer towards The Darkness than Venom. It's simply a physical manifestation of negativity.
And as for the change from SatAM to SegaSonic, that was intentional and part of the transformation. (also know as: I like the SegaSonic design more than the one row of quills in satam.) :)

Im glad you like what i have so far, i hope you'll find the rest equally entertaining as i continue work on the comic. :)
